It does not look like the picture
If your expecting this product to look exactly like the picture then you will be greatly disappointed, it was delivered with a different base, the base looks like their other cheaper products that have a round base...the only difference is that the round base is bigger maybe, the wood was light colored wood with brown leg pegs, the pyramid was nice but not as orange or that looked anything like the picture (which I expected), also when I got it it had a crack in the switch and when I plugged it in it did not work, so I sent it back and the second one I got the turn style on the switch was popped off but I popped it back on...plugged it in and it worked just fine, I liked it so much that I was willing to keep it and put up with it, so far I have noticed that the air quality seems to be better and it helped get rid of the smell in the room after my husband smoked his cigar, it also sets a nice energy vibe in the room, I am now going to buy more salt lamps for the rest of my house.

Gorgeous
This is a beautiful lamp that I keep in my bathroom as a "night light". I love the dimmer switch. I took off one star because the salt pyramid is set into the base slightly crooked. If it weren't so heavy, I would have tried to exchange it.
The pyramid does it
I love this lamp. I love the pyramid shape. The traditional "chunk" salt lamps are nice, but something about the pyramid is extra cool. The carving is a little rougher than pictured - not perfect, not bad, though. It also comes with a dimmer. Best of both worlds, it's bright enough to light an area, or dim to a night light glow. I find it worth the extra $ it costs over the chunk lamps.
