Beautiful! Instructions suck.
This lamp is fantastic, looks beautiful, VERY bright. Much improved over my old 1-bulb ceiling light. As said in a previous comment, the instructions are pretty terrible. All you get is a diagram, no text instructions at all. This is one of two times I've ever done any sort of remotely electrical work on the house (the first time was installing a dryer receptacle). Total, it took me about 20 minutes to get the light installed, primarily because I'm a n00b. Will update in a while after the honeymoon period is over.

Met my expectations
I used this light in a utility room to replace a 2 bulb neon light that began to fail. The fixture is similar to existing fixtures in my home, so it fits my current decor and that is why I chose it. I wanted something that would provide a lot of light to be able to work by. This light did the job. With 3 bulbs, it provides plenty of illumination. Installation instructions left a little to be desired because the sheet only had a picture of the light and the installation components, not step-by-step instructions on how to install it. There is fiberglass insulation on the back side of the light that was slightly off-center, so the holes for the screws to hold the fixture to the ceiling were not lined up where I could see the screws as I mounted it to the ceiling. All in all, this light fixture met my expectations, was fairly easy to install, and was a good value.
